This report is based on a survey of 59 Ministries of Finance carried out under the Helsinki Principle 4 initiative ‘Economic Analysis for Green and Resilient Transitions’. The survey represents the first systematic attempt to explore how Ministries of Finance around the world are approaching the transition to a low-carbon and climate-resilient economy.
